1. Introduction

DiscordHub ("we", "us", "our") operates hub.cigaming.dev (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information from Discord OAuth: When you log in using Discord, we receive and store your Discord user ID, username, discriminator, avatar hash, and email address (if provided by Discord). We do not receive or store your Discord password.

Server submissions: When you submit a Discord server, we store the server name, description, invite code, category, tags, and associated metadata retrieved from the Discord API (icon, banner, member count).

AI tool usage: When you use our AI-powered tools, we log the tool used, the AI provider selected, the number of credits consumed, and approximate token counts. We do not permanently store the content of your prompts or generated outputs.

Payment information: When you purchase credits, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or billing address. We store only the transaction amount, timestamp, and a Stripe payment intent ID for reconciliation purposes.

Usage data: We automatically collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and is not sold or shared.
