Terms and conditions for purchasing credits on DiscordHub. Credits are used to access our AI-powered tools and premium features.
Welcome to our Terms of Sale. By purchasing credits through DiscordHub (hub.cigaming.dev), you agree to the terms described below. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase. Credits are a virtual currency used exclusively within the DiscordHub platform to access AI-powered generation tools.
Important: Credit Expiration
All purchased credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire automatically after this period and cannot be claimed or refunded.
- Validity Period: Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Expiration: After this period, unused credits will automatically expire and can no longer be used, claimed, or refunded.
- Free credits: Complimentary credits awarded on account creation expire 90 days from the date they are issued.
Payment Method
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. DiscordHub does not store your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
Purchase Confirmation
Credits are added to your account automatically upon successful payment confirmation. You will see your updated balance in the navigation bar and on the Credits page.
Pricing
Credit pack prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time. The price you pay at checkout is the price you agreed to at the time of your transaction.

- Non-transferability: Credits are personal and tied to your account. They cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged for money, or converted to other products or services.
- No rollover on free tools: Free tools do not consume credits. Credits are only deducted when you use AI-powered generation features.
Credits are non-refundable. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in specific cases reviewed individually by our support team.
Exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Credits were not delivered to your account after a successful payment
- A verified technical error on our platform caused unintended credit deductions
- Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error
To request a refund review, contact info@clouddatahosting.net within 14 days of the transaction with your transaction details.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the credit system after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
