DiscordHub fully complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Terms of Service. Our platform respects Discord's guidelines and API usage policies.

• API Compliance: We strictly adhere to Discord's API rate limits, data usage policies, and terms of service.
• Data Protection: User data from Discord is handled according to Discord's privacy requirements and our Privacy Policy.
• Content Moderation: We maintain content standards aligned with Discord's Community Guidelines.

By accessing and using DiscordHub (hub.cigaming.dev), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

To access certain features, you must authenticate using your Discord account via OAuth2. By connecting your Discord account:

• You authorize us to access basic profile information (username, avatar, user ID, email)
• You confirm you have the right to connect your Discord account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account access with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use DiscordHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Our AI tools are powered by Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) and require credits for usage. By using our AI services:

• Credits are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase date
• AI-generated content is provided "as is" without accuracy guarantees
• You are responsible for reviewing and moderating AI-generated content before use
• We reserve the right to limit AI usage to prevent abuse
• Input data may be processed by Anthropic or OpenAI according to their respective privacy policies

The DiscordHub platform, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by CiGaming and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (server descriptions, images, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content on our platform. You retain full ownership of your content.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy and Discord Permissions page. We only collect data necessary for service functionality, store it securely, and do not sell personal data to third parties.

DiscordHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party content, Discord server listings, or external links

We may suspend or terminate your access to DiscordHub at any time for violations of these Terms or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Unused credits will be forfeited without refund
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
